Delivery Costs
Print prices exclude shipping charges, and are calculated at checkout. Prints are shipped to your chosen destination using insured and traceable international postal services.
Printing Time
I endeavour to fulfil all print orders as quickly as possible. All images are printed by me to your chosen size, and it generally takes between 3 days and 2 weeks for orders to reach delivery stage. Images ordered as print only are usually ready for dispatch within a few days. If your order has not been shipped within 30 days you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary according to the destination. From the time of dispatch, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery within the European Union, and 7 working days for delivery to most other parts of the world. If your delivery seems to be taking longer than this, please contact me and I will endeavour to trace your parcel. Unfortunately however, I can accept no responsibility for inconvenience or damage incurred due to the late receipt of goods as once it’s shipped, it’s outside of my control.
VAT & Import Taxes
All print prices quoted on my website are inclusive of Republic of Ireland VAT (sales tax). Any applicable local duties and import taxes for goods shipped outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your print for any reason, you must inform me through the contact form within 7 days of receipt. The goods must then be returned to us securely packaged, at your own expense, within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued, minus the original shipping costs, provided the goods are returned to me in their original condition. It is strongly recommend that you use an insured and traceable method of delivery as I cannot be held liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged Prints
If your print arrives in a damaged condition you must inform me in writing within 7 days of receipt. I will then arrange the collection of the goods, and either replace the order or refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs. If we are not informed within 7 days we bear no liability for damage sustained.
